The Food Engineering degree at the Scientific University of the South trains experts in the development and management of businesses related to food, according to new consumption trends; contributing to the healthy food supply and the preservation of the environment.
The Food Engineers of the Scientific University of the South will be key professionals in the development of the diverse food sectors of Peru, thanks to their training in all the transversal areas of the food chain, having the capacity to self-generate businesses and thus contribute to the economic development of the country.
