To train food engineers who participate in the food production chain with a high degree of scientific-technological preparation and social-humanist awareness, with ethics, leadership and a firm commitment to consumer health and the preservation of the environment.

The Professional Career of Food Engineering, will be recognized nationally and internationally for its high academic quality, research, development and innovation of food products contributing ethically to consumer health, using our natural resources efficiently and caring for the environment.
